Outdoor Divas offers priority shipping via the USPS and UPS. We deliver to P.O. Boxes as well as APO addresses.
GROUND SHIPPING
All standard shipping orders received by 12 p.m. MST will be processed for shipment by the end of the following business day. 95% of orders that come in are processed & shipped the same day they are received. For standard shipping requests, you can expect to receive in-stock purchases within 5 to 7 business days (Monday-Friday).

- Flat rate priority shipping on orders $98.99 and under is $7.95
- Free Ground Shipping for orders over $99

At this time, outdoor DIVAS only ships domestically.

outdoor DIVAS strives to delight each and every customer by providing diverse, high-quality products that will meet and exceed your expectations. If for any reason you decide that a product is not suitable for your needs, please feel free to return the unused, unaltered, and unwashed items within 30 days of purchase for either a full refund or exchange. We recommend placing a NEW order in the instance that you would like to exchange an item.
Please use the following link to facilitate a return and generate a prepaid return label. Returns are FREE of charge using the link below. (EXCEPTION: $24.95 will be deducted from your refund for the use of this label if returning Skis or Boots)
Returns due to manufacturer defects will be handled according to the warranty policies of the particular manufacturer.
