SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY
Outdoor Divas offers both standard and expedited shipping via UPS. We deliver to P.O. Boxes as well as APO addresses through the United States Post Office.
All standard shipping orders received by 12 p.m. MST will be processed for shipment by the end of the following business day. 95% of orders that come in are processed & shipped the same day they are received. For standard shipping requests, you can expect to receive in-stock purchases within 5 to 10 business days (Monday-Friday).

EXPEDITED SHIPPING THROUGH UPS
Expedited shipping requests ordered before 12 p.m MST will be processed by the end of that business day. Expedited shipping requests ordered after 12 p.m. MST will be processed the next business day.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & HANDLING
outdoorDIVAS.com has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our International customers. Simply put the items you wish to purchase in our shopping cart and choose the International Checkout option. Your items will be transferred to International Checkout for processing. You may pay by International credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. International Checkout will be process your order, including billing, shipping, and customer service. Once your order is completed, all inquiries should be directed to International Checkout at email@example.com.
outdoor DIVAS strives to delight each and every customer by providing diverse, high-quality products that will meet and exceed your expectations. If for any reason you decide that a product is not suitable for your needs, please feel free to return the unused, unaltered, and unwashed items within 30 days of purchase for either a full refund or exchange. Simply follow the instructions on the Return & Exchange Form included in your original shipment. Original tags and receipts of purchase must accompany all returns. Returns due to manufacturer defects will be handled according to the warranty policies of the particular manufacturer. Due to certain safety and liability issues, select hardgood items, cannot be returned. We intend to maintain accurate and up to date information in regards to the content on our website, however, we cannot always guarantee that such is the case.
