HOW DO I EARN POINTS?

Rewards members earn 1 point for every dollar they spend in outdoorDIVAS stores or online at outdoordivas.com. Occassionally, members may be able to earn extra points by taking advantage of promotions on certain products, attending in-store events, volunteering in our community, giving us useful feedback, or simply just making us laugh. 

HOW MANY POINTS DO I GET?

Members get 1 point for ever $1 spent. Sorry, our computer is not very good with fractions, so you will need to spend a full dollar to recieve a full point. 

DO I RECEIVE POINTS ON ALL PURCHASES AT outdoor DIVAS OR outdoorDIVAS.COM?

Yep. If you get an outdoorDIVAS receipt for it, you earn points on it. Each purchase receives points, no exceptions, no excuses, no fine print. Sale items, classes, ski tunes, you name it-- everything counts. 

WHAT ABOUT RETURNS?

If you earn points on a purchase and then need to return it, the points earned will be removed from your account. Seems fair, right!? 

CAN I REDEEM POINTS ONLINE?

Absolutely. Each Diva Dollars Certificate will have a unique promotional code on it. Simply enter that code in the promotional code box at check-out and your Diva Dollars value will be deducted from your purchase total. 

CAN I USE DIVA DOLLARS AT ANY OTHER STORES?

It never hurts to try, but we only intend Diva Dollars to be redeemed at outdoorDIVAS stores or online at outdoordivas.com. 

WHEN WILL I GET TO USE MY DIVA DOLLARS?

At the end of each quarter, we will convert point balances to Diva Dollars and print certificates. These certificates will be mailed 30 days after the end of the quarter. CLICK HERE to see a detailed scheduled of when checks will be sent out. 

IS THERE AN EXPIRATION DATE ON THE DIVA DOLLARS AND WHAT HAPPENS IF I FORGET TO USE MY DIVA DOLLARS?

Each Diva Dollars Certificate is good for 90 days from the date of issue. Use it or lose it. And if you forget........
