Scarpa makes a great foray into the freeride world with the Scarpa Domina. It is a super light pebax boot with an lug sole that fits into any standard alpine binding or can fit into touring bindings like the Fritschi or Naxo. Light enough to get to the backcountry but burly enough to ski in-bounds with confidence. The Domina also features a tongued Intuition liner, which adds superior warmth and customizability. The Domina also comes with two tongues, a softer one for touring and a stiffer one for downhill. It is shipped with the stiffer tongue installed. A more lugged sole is available from Scarpa if you are looking to make this strictly a touring boot.
